How We Store your Personal Information

This Privacy Policy applies to all services we offer to our customers, depending on which services you use when contacting us online, by phone, in person, or by any other means. Many of these details are provided by you when using our services, and the data is automatically recorded when you are in contact with us. Alternatively, we may also receive information about you from payment services. We store the following personal information about our customers: Name, Address, Phone Number, and Email Address. These are received from the ordering module and booking module. To fulfill our delivery obligations and in accordance with accounting regulations, we are obligated to retain your information for up to 5 years, as required by law. However, we only retain this personal information one month from order or booking is fulfilled and delivered.
We process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act and applicable regulations. General Data Protection Regulation Art 6 (A), and General Data Protection Regulation Art 6 (B).
